Lynna at Riverchase Club Pilates was so warm, inviting, & such a GREAT instructor! I did my first Pilates class with her & I felt so cared for as well as leaving feeling better! The intro class was so worth my time & Abby who contacted me after sign-up & at the front desk was also great! I HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone as they mentioned in class “Pilates is safe to do everyday & even multiple times a day.” Overall, this was an enjoyable experience & I’m glad to have finally tried it for myself!

I have had back issues for years and had gotten to the point where regular high impact classes - well - I just couldn’t do. Pilates allows me to get a good strengthening workout building my core to help maintain my back function. Everything depends on your core! It has kept my back stay or become strong. This has helped me to keep good posture and stay away from the dreaded curved back hump. Really club Pilates is for all ages because there are different modifications for more advanced users as well as the less experienced. The first intro class is free. I highly suggest you give it a look. Why not?

Kenyele is seriously one of the BEST instructors. She pushes you while being so encouraging, and she carefully pays attention to each individual person and helps correct our form if needed. Her instructions are super clear especially when she adds on more complex layers to the movements. I genuinely leave her classes feeling physically stronger and mentally empowered.

Ellen is GOAT 🐐 of the Club Pilates Franchise!!! From what I’ve witnessed, she is admired by both, colleagues and clients alike😵‍💫 Every class with her is good for my mental and physical wellbeing!!!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
